Katie is a Level 4 Pilates and postural analysis specialist with over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. She is known for her precise, considered approach to movement, helping women build strength, improve alignment, and move with ease and confidence at every stage of life.
With a specialist focus on pelvic floor health, Katie’s work supports the often-overlooked foundations of women’s wellbeing—enhancing core strength, stability, and long-term resilience from within.
Katie is also a mother to her daughter Abigail.
Karen MacDonald
Karen is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach specialising in women’s wellbeing through nutrition and lifestyle. Her work focuses on the powerful relationship between food and hormone balance, supporting women to better understand their bodies and navigate changes with clarity and confidence.
Taking a calm, personalised approach, Karen helps clients create sustainable habits that restore balance, energy, and overall vitality from the inside out.
She is a mother to James and Emmy.
